The op is a tad confusing, are we voting for each category or just #1 overall?

(Possible Spoilers)

Storyline: Undead Rurik; because he's a bit of a surprise the 1st playthrough

Hero: Vekk; because he's basically a mirror image of my own personality

Town NPC: Xunlai Agent; that gal is the hardest workin npc in the game

Villian & Special Event NPC: Kuunavang (for both): those that were there at the end of the factions fpe will surely remember Kuuna killing everyone in every district of Cavalon over and over with his mighty dragon awesomeness, and all the naked dance parties made that one-time event something to remember. When you get to fight him in the game he can be somewhat of a challenge; but not way overpowered as shiro and still fun to fight.

Storyline NPC: Gadd
Damn, the way this dude treats Livia in Asuran arc is hilarious. He is absolutely kickass just like his son...

Heroes: Vekk and Olias
Vekks ugly teeth is enough to make destroyers rage with fury! He even uses my ER builds effectively.
Olias is the greatest MM the Guild Wars world will ever see, period.

Town NPCs: Don't give a shit about town NPCs.

Villans: Zoldark and Fendi
These two bosses are absolutely crazy in HM. The methods to kill them are absolutely unique, which is why they go down (in my book) as the most innovative bosses of all time.

Special Event NPC: Rift Warden
He successfully disappointed me 3 years in a row, and made me do 1000 runs total with no mini polar bear. I can't think of any other NPC who has had this much effect on me...

Heroes: Jora (I <3 Norn)
Town NPCs: Enchanted Snowmen (Any of them, they're so cheery!)
Villans: Joko (He makes me lol)
Special Event NPC: Thorn, no doubts.

Seriously though as far as heroes go Hayda ftw, she's so jealous of Livia not just 'cus she's higher ranked than her ....

Least Favorite: Nicholas, the bastard makes me wander the lands of Tyria looking for stupid trophies, makes me go FIND HIM after I have to get HIS trophies. Gives me 5 dumb gives getting my hopes up making me think I might get Chibi Gwen and then gives he a stupid WALKING STICK! WTF?!

-Acolyte Souske, because he's an awesome Elementalist
-Hayda, just because she has the same goal as Milennin: to become a legendary hero

Town NPCs:
-Merchant, for buying my junks
-Xunlai Agent, for holding my stuffs

Villains:
-Titans, because they look so badass
-Abaddon, for having the most badass realm, and giving the most badass boss battle in the game

Special Event NPC:
